Abbaly, Johnson Eze is the President and CEO of Achievers Consortium International, a not-for-profit organisation that is working to raise Africa's creative class across key sectors on a country by country basis. He is also the President of Change League Africa, an ACI initiative that seeks to galvanise the productive class towards strategic change projects that will help retool the economies of member African states. He is the author of Unleashed, an extraordinary book that focuses on unlocking the next generation.
As a conceptual theorist, Abbaly helped develop the Nexia curriculumâ„¢ with a 30 years cenario plan. And currently heads the Intelligence Nerve Centre in Lagos. The INC runs an Ideas to Enterprise initiative [i2e] that connects bourgeoning entrepreneurs with angel investors and venture capitalist firms who are seeking to invest in viable smart ideas.
Johnson Abbaly is a fellow of the prestigious Mount Pelerin Society established since 1947 in Switzerland and has represented in events in Nairobi, Kenya. He is also a fellow of African Institute of Entrepreneurs. He is a member of the Human Capital Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group that covers the Health, Education and Youth Development sectors. He is a co-chair of the Youth Development Sub-Committee of the Policy Commission.
Abbaly is a facilitator for Fate Foundation and has managed several events including Business on Radio, Samsung Real Dream Programme and the Aspiring Entrepreneur Programme. He serves on the board of the Education Burden Bearers Group, an arm of the Apostles in the Market Place.
He is the deputy chairman board of Governors Reformation schools and he is also the chairman of Imagin Media Communications, publishers of Home and Office magazine. He is the Chairman of Bigplus limited, a venture capital and Enterprise Development firm in Lagos. Abbaly has been severally recognized for his contribution to human capital development. Johnson Abbaly is an alumnus of the United States Government prestigious annual International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP) in Washington DC.
