About the Conference

The Excellence in Leadership Conference, hosted by Daystar Christian Centre, expounds leadership principles that help multiply a person’s effectiveness and capacity to influence his environment.

The theme for this year’s conference “INNOVATE ...CHANGE YOUR WORLD” is apt because Africa, at this time, yearns for a transformation in leadership. To speak at the conference are men and women who have created massive change and influence in their different fields. Participants will be encouraged to discover themselves, explore and unlock untapped potential so that they can perform at higher levels.

The conference, lasting three days, is made up of two sessions – the general sessions and the special syndicate sessions; everyday. The general sessions start at 9a.m. to 11a.m. and at 2p.m. to 4.30p.m.; while the special syndicate sessions start at 11a.m. to 1.30p.m.

• The general sessions will feature Pastor Mathew Ashimolowo ( Senior Pastor, Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) and the conference hosts Pastors Sam and Nike Adeyemi (Senior Pastors, Daystar Christian Centre).


• The special syndicate sessions aim at helping participants maximise the use of their God-given talents to influence different aspects of life. Nine different areas of influence will be treated by nine seasoned men and women who will speak on the secrets that can birth transformation in their different fields. Listed alphabetically, the fields and speakers are:-
