The Membership Team is basically to CARE for the flock, being responsible for all major fellowship events in the Church (Prov 27:23). It initiates Support Groups for the purpose of Congregational CARE and fellowship among members to take care of issues relating to weddings, birthdays, house warming, funerals, parenting, counseling centre and visitation of all categories. The Team is headed by Bolutife Aje-Oluyomi.
C.A.R.E. To Contact, Assist, Relate, Encourage. The Memebership Team CARE for the members of the church by performing the following roles:
· Introduce new members of Membership School in the Daystar Academy to the church by organizing induction ceremony for them.
· Organize baptismal services for graduates of the Membership School .
· Encourage student of membership school to fit into the Home Fellowship System and Men, Women or Singles fellowship.
· Keep an up to date record of registered members and congregants of Daystar Christian Centre.
· Keep a Benevolence purse for the purpose of empowerment of indigent church members.
· Stimulate brotherly C.A.R.E. among Church members.
· Oversee the Membership School (MS) of the Daystar Academy .
· Oversee the activities of the Family Life Ministries.
· Oversee conduct of ceremonies (wedding, naming, house warming etc.)
